故障：壓路機冒黑煙
Fault: the road roller emits black smoke
解決方法：檢查噴射器是否噴油過多，從而燃燒的不充分，這個時候我們應(yīng)該進行發(fā)動壓路機斷缸試驗。或者看看進氣門間隙是否在合理范圍內(nèi)，是不是空氣濾芯被堵賽。并且檢查一下柴油質(zhì)量是不是不好。
Solution: check whether the injector injects too much fuel, which leads to insufficient combustion. At this time, we should carry out the cylinder breaking test of the starting roller. Or check whether the clearance of the intake valve is within a reasonable range and whether the air filter element is blocked. And check whether the quality of diesel is bad.
故障：壓力不足
Fault: insufficient pressure
解決方法：壓路機油濾清器是否被堵賽，限壓閥設(shè)定壓力過低，必要時限壓閥壓力。
Solution: whether the oil filter of the road roller is blocked, the set pressure of the pressure limiting valve is too low, and the pressure of the pressure limiting valve is limited when necessary.
故障：怠速不穩(wěn)熄火
Fault: unstable idling and flameout
解決方法：液壓油路堵塞，請檢查在怠速時的體系壓力，以及回油濾芯有無堵塞征象。壓路機輸出功率過低，結(jié)合DX數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)動壓路機的輸出情況。
Solution: the hydraulic oil circuit is blocked. Please check the system pressure at idle speed and whether the oil return filter element is blocked. The output power of the roller is too low. Analyze the output of the starting roller in combination with DX data.
故障：壓路機起動困難或不能起動
Fault: the roller is difficult to start or cannot start
①發(fā)動機溫度過低，柴油不易蒸發(fā)燃燒。
① The engine temperature is too low, and the diesel is not easy to evaporate and burn.
②噴油器霧化不良
② Poor atomization of fuel injector
③供油時間過晚。
③ The oil supply time is too late.
④供油量過少，混合氣過稀。

⑤氣缸漏氣量過多，壓縮終了不能達到著火溫度。
